| With an ergonomic handle designed to ease fatigue, an integrated
shock guard, and an easy to bend cannula, this product was
designed with the surgeon’s comfort and ease of use in mind.
With three French sizes available: 8, 10, & 12, the physician can
conveniently select the correct size for the patient’s anatomy and
surgical procedure. The hand controlled versions have a tactile
switch so the surgeon is assured when the pencil has been activated. The suction
vent is finger controlled and the universal port accepts both 1/4 in. or 3/16 in.

Each suction coagulator is fully insulated for patient safety and comes packaged
with an insulated safety holster. This meets AORN’s Recommended Practices on
Electrosurgery which state, “The active electrode should be placed in a clean, dry,
well-insulated safety holster when not in use to minimize the risk of injury from
unintentional activation.” |
