The future of electrosurgery is here today

The Mega Soft is simply set on the operating room table, eliminating the small disposable sticky pad that can damage the patient’s skin.

The Mega Soft pad is large—extending at least half the length and full width of an adult patient’s torso. The patient lies on the Mega Soft pad to achieve full and safe electrical patient contact. If the patient is in contact with only a small portion of the pad, safety still prevails because the Mega Soft is a self-contained current limiting device.

This innovative technology makes Mega Soft the ‘Guardian of Electrosurgical Patient Safety’.

MEGA SOFT

The Mega Soft combines the innovative Mega Soft patient return electrode technology with an O.R. table pressure reduction pad made with Akton® Polymer. O.R. table pressure reduction pads made with Akton Polymer are among the most effective in reducing direct pressure, shear, and friction which contribute to the formation of decubitus ulcers. The Mega Soft can be used in a variety of surgical procedures and positions providing a safe, easy to use return electrode combined with an effective O.R. table pressure reduction pad.

MEGA SOFT DUAL CORD

The Mega Soft Dual Cord is a patient return electrode with two electrosurgical connectors. This allows one pad to be used with two separate electrosurgical generators at the same time. The Mega Soft Dual Cord offers the same safety and benefits as the Mega Soft, but for two generators.
